Return Policy

Our format depends on the accuracy of the Buyer's input. The information provided by the Buyer is entered directly into our publishing software. Since each book published is done with a specific child's unique information we are unable to accept any returns.

If a Buyer believes they have been misled as to the appropriateness of the content of a book we will respect your decision and attempt to work out a product credit. To avoid abuse of this policy BreckBooks.com reserves the right to review and resolve each incident on its individual merit. This policy is effective for 30 days after the book is shipped.

Backorder Policy

Should the selected title not be available from stock we will notify the Buyer within 2 business days. At that time we will be able to advise when the selected title will be ready to ship and/or be able to offer the Buyer a comparably priced title.

Damaged Goods Policy

Our promise is that the selected book will be printed, assembled, and packaged in the very best of condition. We prepare each book as if the recipient is our own child.

BreckBooks.com utilizes the United States Postal Service for the shipping of our books. If the book arrives in a damaged condition please contact us immediately and we will arrange to ship a replacement book right away and have the damaged book returned to us.
